CHAPTER ANNUAL CONFERENCE : The ABPA SoCal Chapter will be holding its 21st Annual Conference on November 16, 2016 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton, San Bernardino, CA. Sessions will include County Tester and Specialist Updates, DCDA II and RPDA II Detector Assemblies, Field Testing Procedures, Recycled Water and Dual Plumbed Systems, Operations and Hazards of a Desalinization Plant, Survey of a Cannabis Facility and the History of Backflow Prevention. MISSING OR STOLEN BACKFLOW PREVENTION ASSEMBLIES: Backflow prevention assembly theft has become a significant problem in Southern California. Because of the importance of this issue, the ABPA SoCal Chapter has established a section on our web site devoted to publishing reports of missing/stolen backflow prevention assemblies.
